Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If for any reason your order isn't quite right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After that, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To accept a return, the item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll let you know by email. If the return is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial refunds
In some cases, a refund may be partial: if the item isn't returned in its original condition, if it's damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to us, or if it's returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If your refund is taking a while
Bank processing can sometimes take longer than expected. If you haven't seen your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer, as it can take a few days to post officially.
- Get in touch with your bank, since there's often a processing window before it shows up.
If you've done all this and still haven't received it, reach out and we'll look into it with you.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and aren't refundable. Where a refund applies, this cost will be deducted from the total. We'd recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please send returns to the address provided in your return confirmation email.
Sale or imperfect items
Some pieces are sold at a special discount due to small natural imperfections: surface marks or scuffs, irregularities in the wood grain or colour, natural cracks in the wood, or variations that come with the mango wood manufacturing process. These pieces aren't eligible for return or exchange, and they'll always be clearly marked on the product page with photos and a note, so you can decide with all the information before you buy.
