Shipping

At Kirei Home, we take care of every piece before it leaves our warehouse, and we want the journey to your home to feel just as considered.

Large furniture
Street-level delivery costs €25. If you'd like us to carry it up and place it in the room of your choice, the total cost is €45. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Standard furniture
Street-level delivery is free. If you'd like it placed in the room of your choice, the cost is €25.

Why it takes this long
Before leaving our warehouse on the Costa Blanca, every piece is manually inspected to make sure it reaches you in the best condition. We then hand it over to our specialist furniture logistics partner, FurnitureLogis, who will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. We'd rather take a little extra time than risk no one being home to receive your order.

Free shipping
On orders over €1000, street-level delivery is free across mainland Spain.

Balearic Islands
Delivery to the Balearic Islands has a flat fee of €70. Pieces travel palletised, so please make sure you have enough space to receive your order. We're not currently able to offer room-of-choice delivery for this destination.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We're not able to deliver to these destinations just yet, though we hope to as we grow. If you'd like us to let you know as soon as it becomes available, sign up to our email list or get in touch through our contact page.

Pre-orders
If a piece isn't immediately available, you can reserve it in advance. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready to ship.

Before your order arrives
Since our pieces are large and some require assembly, please check there's enough access (doors, hallways, lifts) for a smooth delivery on the agreed day.
